Change is inevitable... very cliche, I know. It is important to keep your focus even when everything around you may be changing. In an earlier post I gave some tips on ‘procuring positivity’.. I mentioned that I use a journal to reflect on my thoughts, my day, and any issues I may be facing. I am truly genuine about everything I feel and often times write down things I am grateful for, because it helps reinforce positivity and helps me focus on the good things in my life.
Here are a few journal prompts that can help you get started with your personal journal… A little help to keep you focused on the you you’re aiming to be and the goals you want to achieve.
